Take 1 serving daily (10 capsules), preferably in the evening with your last meal. For tolerance assessment, you may begin with ½ serving. Do not exceed 1 Serving per day Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm! Monday - Friday. All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and delivered on the next working day*
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery.
