PRODUCTS
How much creatine should I take? 3 to 5g a day. Take it every day, including rest days. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The effect applies to a daily intake of 3g. If you have a kidney condition or take medication, ask your doctor first.
Should I buy creatine powder or gummies? Monohydrate powder is the most researched form and is usually cheaper per serving. Gummies and chews are easier to take. Check the grams of creatine per serving on the label and compare price per serving. Our own-label creatine monohydrate 500g is €24.99, which works out at 25c per 5g serving.
What's the difference between whey concentrate and whey isolate? Isolate is filtered further than concentrate, so it has less lactose and fat. Concentrate is usually cheaper per serving.
What is clear whey? Clear whey is a whey isolate drink that mixes thin and fruity, like juice, rather than milky. See Clear Whey.
How do I choose between protein tubs? Compare protein per serving and price per serving. Both are on every product page.
Do you have your own-label products? Yes. Our own-label creatine monohydrate 500g is €24.99. See Creatine Monohydrate.
