Engineered Muscle Glycine Directions

Mix 1 scoop (5g) serving with 100-300 ml of chilled water.

Mix one scoop (approx. 5g) with 100-300ml of water or your favourite beverage, once daily. Consume daily, pre, post or during workout.

Scoop provided is an approximate serving measure, for accurate measure please use weighing scales. Scoop size provided approximately (5g) by weight.
