About Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane, Hericium erinaceus, is an edible mushroom with a long history of culinary and traditional use in parts of East Asia.

We keep this page focused on the extract itself, how it is made and how it is used, without turning traditional use or emerging research into health promises.

Please check the bottle for the complete ingredients, serving directions, storage information and any cautions before use.
