Per4m Creatine Sherbet Sticks 20 x 6.2g

Per4m Creatine Sherbet Sticks 20 x 6.2g

The first Creatine Sherbet just got even easier to take with you.

Per4m Creatine Sherbet Stick Packs give you a full 5g serving of Creatine Monohydrate in one single-serve sachet, with the same fizzy, sweet-inspired sherbet experience and absolutely no shaker required. Tear it open, pour it in, let it dissolve and get on with your day.

Each box contains 20 individually wrapped stick packs, making it easier to keep your daily creatine consistent whether you’re heading to the gym, travelling, at work, at uni or just can’t be bothered carrying a tub around.

5g Creatine. One Stick.

Every sachet delivers 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the beneficial effect obtained from a daily intake of 3g creatine.¹

And because this is Per4m, we weren’t about to make convenience taste boring. Creatine Sherbet melts in your mouth with the fizzy, sweet-shop-inspired flavour that made the original tubs a little bit different from the usual scoop-and-shake routine.

Made for Life on the Go

No measuring scoop to lose. No powder rattling around your gym bag. No hunting for a shaker halfway through the day. Each stick is already portioned with your full 5g serving, so your daily creatine can go pretty much wherever you do.

Gym bag. Desk drawer. Hand luggage. Car. Coat pocket. Sorted.

How to:
Consume 1 sachet daily, providing 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. Tear open the sachet and pour the contents directly into your mouth. Allow the sherbet to dissolve before swallowing.
