The Formula Hydrate Directions 

1. Mix 1 stick pack with 500ml water. Increase water content depending on the desired concentration of electrolytes
2. Shake well until fully dissolved, and continue to shake throughout drinking if needed
3. Drink throughout your workout or daily activities to maintain hydration
4. Use at any time of the day: before, during or after exercise. Also beneficial to be used in a lifestyle context to top-up electrolyte needs

FREE on orders over €70 and €6 for orders under €70.

Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm! Monday - Friday. All orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

DPD Couriers

If the order is made before 2pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and delivered on the next working day* 
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery.
